What is happening in Germany? Some hope that it will be a bulwark against extremism and a pillar of stability. With the rise of the right, challenges to the center, and a left that cannot hold, however, it seems like Germany cannot quite make up its mind where it’s going.
Here to straighten things out is Stefan Liebich, Deputy Chair of the US-Germany Friendship Committee of the Bundestag and member of parliament for DIE LINKE (The Left Party).
