As two of the foremost experts from opposite sides of the Atlantic, Heidi and Thorsten will share their extensive knowledge about the most important issues in recent attempts to raise the minimum wage in both the U.S. and E.U. They will also discuss the similarities, differences and tensions between state, national and supranational campaigns, as well as possibilities for cross-border solidarity, promising new initiatives, and concrete next steps in the fight to raise the minimum wage.
Join minimum wage campaign organizers and activists, labor union members and representatives, historians, economists, journalists and others for a broad-ranging conversation on what we can do to make sure that Work is Worth More!
